HK Realtindo Boost Sales, Ready To Go Public

ThePresidentPost.com – Preparing to go public, PT HK Realtindo subsidiary of PT Hutama Karya (Persero) strive to further improve its performance.

One strategy is to boost sales at REI Expo 2015, which took place on November 16 to 22 at the Jakarta Convention Center (JCC), Senayan, Jakarta.

President Director of PT HK Realtindo Muhammad Fauzan targets sales of Rp 55 billion of holding the exhibition.

“Our sales target is expected from the eight existing projects and one new project,” said Fauzan in a written statement on Monday (11/16/2015).

Eight projects are Tower Rasuna Said, H Residence MT Haryono, The Enviro Jababeka, H Mansion Housing, Amethyst Tower and Sapphire Tower H Residence Kemayoran, The Pandu Residence Bogor, and Olympic Residence Sentul.

While, one new project is H Residence Cisadane, which is a mix used building located on the banks of Cisadane River and near Soekarno-Hatta International Airport.

Fauzan explained H Residence Cisadane will stand on an area 8,446 square meters and inside there will be two towers with an area of nearly 45,000 square meters.

For this exhibition, added Fauzan, HK Realtindo offering promotional packages “Book Now, Pay as You Like”. This is a convenience in the payment methods.

“Consumers can make an advance payment by installments. In addition we also provide cash method gradually by installments up to 48 times,” said Fauzan.

In addition to these projects, through strategic partnerships, HK Realtindo developed several other properties.

Among them is H Residence MT Haryono, which was built on land owned by PT Hutama Karya (Persero), Antam Office Park B is the result of cooperation with the Pension Fund of PT Antam (Persero) Tbk, H Residence Kemayoran, Central Jakarta along with Koppeland.

In addition, there are also Olympic Residence project by HK Realtindo, which is collaboration with PT Bogorindo Cemerlang which is a subsidiary of Olympic Group.
