Cooperation is carried out by KIJA subsidiary, PT Graha Buana Cikarang. Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) for cooperation was signed on Tuesday, November 17, 2015. In the event attended Mr. Sutedja, Director of GBC, Mr. Tjahyadi, Director of GBC, Mr. Budianto Liman, President Director of PT. Jababeka Tbk. Taufik Hidayat, Director of PT PP Properti, Mr. Giyoko Surahmat, Business & Development Director of PT PP Properti, Mr. Galih Saksono, Operational Director of PT PP Properti.
In this cooperation, the two sides agreed to develop an area of 2.58 hectares in the Jababeka industrial area. Later, on the land will be built Riverview Residences, Anami concept consisting of approximately 900 units will be priced at Rp199 million per unit. A very strategic location with direct highway access and have a commercial facility to complement the needs of the Anami occupants.
PP Properti Director said this cooperation is a good opportunity for the company, which has had a major advantage in the property, to increase competence in the field of management of industrial estates.
Moreover, Jababeka is one of the industrial estate developers who have a long experience and a positive track record in running the business during this time.
Currently, Jababeka has a land bank of 5,600 hectares in Jababeka Cikarang. In addition, as a property developer Jababeka also aspire to build 100 town integrated with industrial areas throughout Indonesia
